First of all thank you so much for giving my old life back. I had total implant removal/capsulectomy surgery with Dr H Alfie and I can’t thank him enough for all he’s done for me and also Alex she is amazing organised everything and made all the process smooth and easy. Dr Alfie listened advised and made me feel very welcome I am so grateful that he performed a surgery on me and gave me my life back and freed me from those awful breast implants and BII. Dr Alfie explained me everything gave me few options to choose from and understood what I wanted. I believe I had breast implant illness and all the symptoms I had experienced didn’t make sense even though all the tests scans was normal. It’s still too early to say if implant removal helped but straight away I felt so much of energy and my eye sight was so much clear. But the most important thing is I feel so free by having implants out and I don’t feel like a prisoner in my own body anymore. Everything went so smoothly from the start to finish. I am so happy. I would highly recommend Dr H Alfie for your surgery. No hassle no worries everything happened quickly without any problems. Thank you so so much Dr H Alfie and Alex. You too helped me to get my life back and always were there when I needed. Thank you so much

Mr Alfie has changed my life… I had list 13 stone in weight.. my skin hung from me .. I approached him to perform a adominaplasty , I was apprehensive.. i need not have worried.. Mr Alfie cares.. he really cares about you ..you arent just another pay cheque.. you matter.. he made me feel at ease and talked me through everything.. good and bad.. he was honest .. professional.. and extremely skilled .. i saw another surgeon before him and was told i wouldn’t have a belly button after the procedure.. and i might still have a small paunch as there was so much skin, Mr Alfie gave me a belly button.. a lovely one .. and a flat tummy .. I cried when i saw it.. iI had always been overweight.. diet upon diet .. always wore big pants big baggy clothes, i had a gastric bypass elsewhere and lost the weight , Mr Alfie helped me to complete my journey, he helped me to live again.. He understood how I felt, but was also very honest about what could he achieved safely, i never felt pressured or uncertain.. his surgery and after care are second to none.. he is very much in demand because of his manner, care, honesty and above all his amazing work as a cosmetic surgeon.. I would not go to anyone else .. I have a long journey ahead .. but i always know that Mr Alfie will always do his best for me, physically and mentally.

I have now had 2 surgical procedures with Mr Alfie, after massive weight loss I was left with hideous skin. The results from full abdominoplasty and breast lift/augmentation are truly astonishing and much better results then I realistically thought I would achieve. Mr Alfie fully explains everything before surgery, is incredibly kind and strives to put patients at ease and explains realistic expectations from surgery. Photos were taken before/after and results are astonishing. Mr Alfie has given me my life back from looking at hideous skin on my body to feeling human and lifting me from depths of depression. The aftercare is extremely good with post op consultations with surgeon immediately after surgery/before hospital discharge to frequent telephone calls to check patient welfare and healing process. He was very pleased with results of my tummy tuck and my scar is amazing a simple very thin line that is already fading using scar gel. He showed me photos of the amount skin removed from my abdomen and it’s astonishing. Iwouldn’t hesitate to recommend him highly enough to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.
